Ruth has worked within the FE sector for over 20 years and specialises in quality assurance and staff development. Ruth has a passion for ensuring all our learners and employers receive outstanding service and uses this drive to support all team members to be equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to realise this. Ruth holds Advanced Teacher Status (ATS) with the Society Education and Training & Chartered Teacher Status with Chartered College of Teaching. Ruth is an experienced practitioner as well as an experienced senior leader who has supported multiple successful Ofsted visits. Ruth is the Safeguarding Designated Person for Yuzu within her duties.
