What You Will Learn

RORO port operations and vehicle marshalling
Cruise terminal processes and passenger flow management
Cargo logistics, documentation and safe handling
Baggage operations and security compliance
PPE, safe movement zones and port safety protocols
Communication and customer service in fast‑paced environments
Employability skills: CV writing, interview preparation, workplace expectations

Duration & Delivery

3 weeks (Monday – Wednesdays)
Mix of classroom learning, practical port visits and employer‑led workshops
Delivered in the Solent/Hampshire region
