Hi, I’m Charlotte, an apprenticeship trainer at Kiwi & Yuzu Education. With experience across public, private, and third-sector organisations, I specialise in delivering bespoke 1-1 training to help individuals enhance their skills and achieve their qualifications.My typical day involves planning, marking assessments, and conducting personalised training sessions.

I joined Kiwi & Yuzu after spotting an ad and sending in my CV, and since then, I’ve found immense pride in seeing my learners succeed. 

There’s nothing more rewarding than when a learner passes their apprenticeship—it’s a moment of shared accomplishment that always fills me with joy.

What I love most about working here is the opportunity to tailor each training session to the learner’s needs, allowing them to progress at their own pace and focus on what truly matters to them. I genuinely believe that this individualised approach is what makes apprenticeship training so effective.

I’m constantly refining my approach to ensure our sessions are relevant to each individual’s role and sector. I strive to make learning engaging, challenging, and directly applicable, helping learners stretch their abilities and truly excel. 

In my view, apprenticeships are an incredible way to learn, as they blend theory with practical application, embedding knowledge in a way that sets learners up for success.
