Hi, I’m Michael, I began my career as an apprentice when I was 19 and I have now spent over 20 years delivering work-based learning. As the founder and Managing Director of Kiwi and Yuzu, I see my role as the conductor of the orchestra, ensuring that our vision and mission are fulfilled and that the organisation reaches its full potential. For me, no two days are the same and thats what I love the most about my work.

One of my proudest accomplishments has been celebrating Kiwi & Yuzu’s 10th anniversary. I am passionate about the impact we make on our learners every day – I truly believe that people can achieve incredible things when given the opportunity to learn in a supportive and positive environment.

Looking ahead, I’m excited about delivering qualifications for jobs that don’t even exist yet. Skills Bootcamps and apprenticeships are important because it is only through skills and the teaching and progression of people within the workplace that growth in the economy can be fully achieved.
